PURPOSE OF POSITION
To be responsible for customer service, M-Pesa service and other retail services rendered in Vodacom Shops in Tanzania.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing customer service to Vodacom customers as per agreed SLA.
• Product branding and upselling numerous products to customers.
• Recommending potential products/services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Making close follow up on customer problems to ensure resolution, proper and timely feedback.
• Resolving customer queries, providing solutions and ensuring escalation is closed.
• Securing all products both inside and outside the office premises
• To manage all sales and service in Vodacom shop or Service Desk.
• To act as a role model to other staff and maintain peaceful environment by resolving conflict and avoiding bias amongst staff.
• Selling Vodacom products (airtime, phones, and new sim cards).
• Resolving product & service queries as well as cross-selling products and services.
• To provide service with speed, simplicity and accurate as per Vodacom SLA.
• Providing cash deposit and withdrawal at M-Pesa desk.
• New sim card registration as per TCRA requirement and Vodacom SLA.
• Making proper follow up to all customers issue and inquiry
• Daily report preparation.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field from a recognized higher learning institution.
• The applicant should be ready to be work in Mbeya, Korogwe, Mwanza, Njombe, Dodoma Peripheral and Kigoma “(Please do not apply if not interested to work within the specified locations)”.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Very good communication skills and business acumen with un-questionable integrity.
• Applicant should be aware of Vodacom products/services.
