Irrigation Supervisor (Nine Vacancies)

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Assign and monitor daily activities to the irrigation technical team.
2. Assist the Assistant Irrigation Engineer in preparing irrigation and fertigation programs.
3. Monitor automated controller screen for irrigation operations.
4. Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure targets are met.
5. Oversee the maintenance program as per the schedule.
6. Prepare daily and weekly reports and submit them.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Diploma in Irrigation and Water Resource Engineering or any related field.
2. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and proficiency in MS programs.
3. Knowledge of soil, vegetation, and climate.
4. At least 3 years of proven experience in the sugar industry.
