JOB DETAILS:
Role Description

• BioBuu is currently seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and previous experience working in a similar role. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Prepare and submit tax returns.
• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
• Provide financial reports and analysis to management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• CPA certification preferred
