About This Job:
• Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and South Sudan. We are looking for a Accounting trainee to join our Finance team.

Job Title: Accounting Trainee
Reporting to: Financial Controller

JOB OBJECTIVES
• To support the Finance Team in accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, post journal entries to the general ledger and perform administrative duties, such as data entry and filing

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Help in preparation and delivery of invoices
• Posting expenses to the General Ledger
• Prepare payment vouchers and memos
• Posting receipts
• Filing of documents
• Provide administrative support as needed

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
• Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
• The ability to be discreet when handling sensitive financial information
• A willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented
• Analytical skills
• Undergraduate or Diploma degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration or any other related studies

ADDED ADVANTAGE
• Excellent record-keeping skills.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
