Accounts Relationship Officer:

Location: Arusha & Dar es Salaam

Responsibilities
1. Ensure the long-term prosperity of the business
2. Ensure good levels of customer service
3. Moet financial targets
4. Sales management
5. Management of a portfolio of personal
6. Adopt "hands on" approach to client contact and follow up.
7. Champion the BancABC customer experience

Education Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, International Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Relationship Management or similar role preferably in a personal and SME market segment or Corporate Banking.
• Broad based knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments -Excellent understanding of financial statements and credit risk analysis.
• Ability to research and aggressively source new business through own initiatives.
