Job Description
Responsibilities
• Processing of online bank payments.
• Creating invoices + fiscalization and emailing customers
• Creditors: Timely payment of supplier invoices
• Processing payroll and respective taxes
• Statutory payments such as corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT
• VAT reconciliation
• Bank and other account reconciliations
• General annual license and fees renewals
• Other general accounting and administrative work as may be required

Requirements
• Fluent in English; both spoken and written with conversational Kiswahili skills
• Good organizational skills such as time management, and prioritizing tasks
• Computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook / Office 365
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in an office environment
• Understanding of general accounting concepts
• Familiarity with Zoho Books is a bonus but not required

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
