Job Description
Job Purpose
The Administration Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of the restaurant's administrative functions. This role is responsible for managing various administrative tasks, overseeing staff schedules, and supporting in day-to-day operations. The Administration Manager will maintain a high level of professionalism and help create a positive work environment for the team.

Responsibilities
• Ensure all employees show up to work on time and properly check in and check out.
• Ensure all employees adhere to the HR policy of the company
• Ensure all licenses/permits for the business are up to date
• Liaise with the facility management to ensure the business gets necessary approvals for events.
• Liaise with the facility management to ensure all employees are obeying the laws and are respectful of the building
• Liaise with Human Resources Consultants to ensure staff welfare and that the company is compliant always

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
• At least 5 years’ experience in human resources or law working in similar field.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Swahili
• Must be able to take initiative
• Must pay attention to details
• Must be self-driven and willing to go above and beyond.
