Career Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support in Africa with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and South Sudan.

Our client, one of Africa’s largest betting companies is looking for an Affiliate Manager to be based in Tanzania.

THE JOB
The Affiliate Manager will oversee the affiliate marketing program of the company, which includes recruiting new affiliates, managing relationships with current affiliates, and ensuring the overall growth and success of the program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Identify and onboard new affiliates who can promote the company’s products or services.
• Use various channels like online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts to find potential affiliates.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and engagement.
• Provide support, training, and resources to help affiliates succeed.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate program.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals.
• Any other roles assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
• Relevant university degree or diploma.
• Must have 1 year of experience working in betting as an Affiliate Manager.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Swahili or French would be an advantage
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer
• An active Twitter page (this is important as partner search will be conducted through Twitter)
• The presence of a database of partners would be an advantage.
