Position: Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description :Overview of finance functions and Internal Control.

Responsibilities He/she is to
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Banking.
• Team Lead of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and banking.
• Receivable reconciliation and payment follow up with Customer. Month end closing activities.
• Fixed Asset Accounting, Reconciliation and Register control.
• Weekly reports preparation (Bank Position, Debtor Position, Goods in Transit, Imprest Account, Loan to staff etc).
• Group Accounts & Annual Financial Statements.
• Group companies accounts and reconciliation.
• Assistance in various audits.
• Statutory, TRA, Post clearance, NSSF etc

Skills/Experience
• Ability and experience of managing a team of accountants consisting at least 10 people.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, SAP B1/Hana and other MS office tools.
• Experience in dealing with large corporate banking institutions.
• Eye for detail and thoroughness in checking the numbers and data.
• Expertise in preparing financial statements and management reports for senior management/ Board.
• Experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and auditors.
• Excellent knowledge of local taxation and regulations will be an added advantage.
