JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications:
• Holder of a GPA of 3.5 (Upper Second Class) or above at the Bachelor’s degree level and 4.0 or above for the Master’s degree, majoring in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Teaching language proficiency.
• Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Working experience in Higher Learning Institutions is an added advantage.
• CPA will be an added advantage (Accounting major).

Duties
• Undergo training to Ph.D. level.
• Undergo induction course in pedagogical skills for those who had none before. Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practicals for undergraduate programs. Assist senior staff in practical sessions, seminars, and tutorials.
• Prepare case studies.
• Work in cooperation with senior members on specific projects.
• Supervise special projects for undergraduate students.
• Mentor junior staff in all relevant academic matters.
• Participate in curriculum development.
• Participate in developing and managing various university projects.
• Undertake research and publish research results.
• Prepare teaching manuals and compendia.
• Attend/organize workshops, conferences, and seminars.
• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by the management.

NB: Holders of foreign awards certificates must have the awards verified by the Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU) before employment.
