JOB DETAILS:
Duties and responsibilities
• To undergo an induction, course in pedagogic skills for those who had none before;
• To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical for undergraduate programmes;
• To prepare and present case studies;
• To conduct and publish/disseminate research results;
• To recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;
• To participate in consultancies and community services under supervision;
• To attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and,
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.

Qualification and experience
• Holder of Master’s Degree in one of the following; Real Estate Finance and Investment, Real Estate Economics and Finance, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, Construction Management, Housing Economics, Housing Finance, Financial Services in Real Estate, Real Estate Studies or Real Estate, with an overall GPA of at least 4.0 or above and Bachelor Degree in one of the following; Real Estate Finance Construction Management, Housing Economics, Housing Finance and Investment, Real Estate Economics and Finance, Financial Services in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Studies or Real Estate, with an overall GPA of at least 3.8 or above.
