At EVK, we understand that exceptional service to our clients begins – and ends – with exceptional regard for our people. That's why we are looking for an Audit Manager who has the aspiration and capability to become Director in 2 years.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Act as a major point of contact within the firm for the Client and to be responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of clients. This includes responding quickly to, as well as anticipating, client requests/needs, keeping clients informed of progress in relation to all aspects of the service provided and maintaining regular contact with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at senior levels, being a principal point of contact throughout the year.
• Development of new business relationships and business proposals through high level sales and marketing activity.
• Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales and identify opportunities for additional billings.
• Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriate mix of knowledge and skills required.
• Recruit, retain, develop and motivate employees, which include participating in graduate recruitment, ensuring job appraisal documentation is completed within deadlines and ensuring appropriate objectives and development plans are in place for counselees.
• Act as a role model for trainees and executives.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Public Accountant or ACCA qualified
• Relevant work experience 4+ years’ in audit
• Will be expected to have competent management skills and behaviors
• Will be technically and professionally qualified
• Will have a strong market/commercial awareness
• Organized, goal-oriented and proactive personality, with high level of responsibility, strong analytical skills and logical thinking
