JOB DETAILS:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES·
• Provide Operational leadership for B2B technical Operations and Maintenance and over B2B technical Operations team and ensure compliance with organizational processes and policies. Develop and manage budgets for B2B network operations to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Manage B2B operations strategy, policies, and processes including procurement, inventory management, subscriber connections and
• maintenance.
• Oversee change management on B2B network infrastructure ensuring proper documentation, testing and
• communication to minimize disruptions. Responsible for B2B Technical
• Operations reporting: management, steering committee, operations risk, lessons learned and KPI reports etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in computer science,
• electrical or computer or telecom engineering or related field.
• MBA or master's in science is an added advantage.
• Over 5 years' experience in network operations including FTTH.
• In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic networks, management of telecommunications infrastructure, and other relevant technologies
