JOB DETAILS:
Leadership role in distribution of General Insurance products through partner banks’ network
Main Responsibilities
• Distributing General Insurance products through partner banks’ network
• Evaluating performance of each product being distributed in view to making them more suitable
• Establishing emerging customer (banks’) needs in view to advising product development team
• Monitoring competition and advising Business Development Manager
• Establishing and developing new bank partners
• Liaising with Credit Control Department to ensure accurate Premium statements and commissions payments are sent on time
• First Level Contact Person (operations) for bank partners as per SLAs
• Ensuring satisfactory Customer Service as per SLAs. Ensuring that the MOU terms (between the company & the Bank) are honoured by both parties signatory to the MOU.
• Training of bank staff on insurance products and practices.
• Ensuring that the partner banks follow our underwriting philosophy & practices including the use of portals and web-based applications.
• 2 or 3 Key Deliverables or this position
• Delivery of the Bancassurance Premium and profitability Budget and satisfactory customer (banks) service in relation to General Business
• Responsible for Bancassurance Business Target

• Relevant Experience
• 6+ experience in related field preferably in the same capacity/ in General Insurance Sales.
• Experience insurance/ Banking / Finance
