JOB DETAILS:
Minimum qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree from a recognized Institution in the country.
• The candidate must be a shareholder/ member ofTFA with share Certificate.
• Experience of 15 years and above in senior position from a reputable organization and or business.
• 4. Previous experience in Board seating. 5. Women and people with disability who meet the minimum qualification are encouraged to apply. 6. Minimum age is 21 years and not above 70 years. 7. Governance training, fair knowledge and experience of working in agriculture industry of Tanzania is an added advantage.
