JOB DETAILS:
Job Description

• Overseeing the implementation and proper execution of employee.
  
• Management of staff employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, staff motivation, culture and attitude development
  
• To assist on doing employees performance appraisals
  
• To assist on recruitment.
  
• Assisting on managing health and safety policy at work place.
  
• Overall management of the payroll, attendance records, staff annual leave, sick leave, emergency and compassionate leave
  
• To prepare and maintain an accurate records, files and reports including responsibility for maintaining personnel records of employees
  
• Preparation of weekly / monthly reports.
  
• Provide day to day office administration
  
• Ensuring that appropriate business licenses, permits and other business statutory requirements are acquired and met in a timely manner
  
• Facilitate the coordination of travel plans and itineraries for employees travelling

Candidate Specification

• Experience 4 years
  
• Education Level Degree

Qualifications

• Software: Ms Office applications
  
• Equipment: Industry related
  
• Knowledge Of: Office management, Human resource
  
• Skills to: Communication skills, leadership skills, analytic skills, planning skills
  
• Ability to: Work under pressure, attention to details,
