As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Manage customer service operations, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding service and support.
Assist in processing loan applications and maintaining accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Record and manage all branch transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements.
Conduct regular financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Remind customers of upcoming payment due dates to ensure timely payments and reduce default rates.
Collaborate with branch staff to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare financial reports and assist in the analysis of branch performance metrics.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
1-2 years of experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
Proven experience in customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in a microfinance institution or bank is a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
Must be a lady, aged below 30.
