As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

        Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

     Manage customer service operations, ensuring that all clients receive outstanding service and support.

        Assist in processing loan applications and maintaining accurate financial records.

        Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.

     Record and manage all branch transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements.

        Conduct regular financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

     Remind customers of upcoming payment due dates to ensure timely payments and reduce default rates.

        Collaborate with branch staff to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

        Prepare financial reports and assist in the analysis of branch performance metrics.

        Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

        Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

         Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

         1-2 years of experience as an accountant, with a strong understanding of financial processes.

         Proven experience in customer service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

         Previous experience in a microfinance institution or bank is a significant advantage.

         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.

         Must be a lady, aged below 30.
