JOB DETAILS:
Genius Consultancy is seeking a results-driven professional to lead retail finance operations for branded 2/3 wheelers across Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth: Expand sales via retail finance, build strong partnerships, and onboard new financiers.
• Finance Management: Update financier database, structure loan products, and boost sales promotions.
• Revenue Oversight: Exceed sales targets, project cash flow, and track deliveries & warranties.
• Leadership & Reporting: Train the team, monitor performance, and provide data-driven reports.
• Vehicle Exchange: Turn this portfolio into a high-revenue stream with strategic execution.

What We’re Looking For:
• A go-getter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
