Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate shall have:

• Bachelor in Business administration and Marketing
  
• The candidates must have recently graduated or graduated not earlier than June 2016.
  

Duties
Business administration and Marketing

• To assist in maintaining relations with customers and day to day communication with them.
  
• To be active on calling, visiting and getting new customers and orders.
  
• Assist in Tallying timber at the Yard when receiving and/or selling.
  
• Assist in ensuring timely deliveries to the customers.
  
• To support insurance of strict compliance to all statutory requirements.
  
• To assist undertake analytical approach of Yard and company sales and make continues improvement to ensure best cost effectiveness and speed of work.
  
• Assist in ensuring effective usage of machinery under your department and participating preventive maintenance.
  
• Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports and submit the same to the Management.
  
• Ensure that all duties in the scope of your responsibilities are done in accordance to Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
  
• To advise the management on matters related to your responsible area.
  
• To do any other duties as may be assigned to you by the Supervisor
