JOB DETAILS:
A new hotel in the East Coast of Zanzibar about 60 kilometers from Zanzibar Stone Town is inviting applications from suitably experienced and qualified persons for the above positions..
Duties and Responsibilities
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Prepare food for banquets and create daily specials based on available ingredients.
• Estimate food requirements and food/labour costs.
• Supervise kitchen staff’s activities. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality
