Nyanza Cooperative Union (1984) Ltd is a Secondary level Farmer's Cooperative Society formed and registered by the Registrar of i Cooperative Societies in 1984. It is located in Mwanza Region and I owned by Primary level Agricultural - Marketing Cooperative ! Societies (AMCOS) which are engaged mainly in cotton and mixed crop production and processing.

JOB DETAILS: Currently NCU (1984) LTD is carrying out a major social-economic I transformation and modernization of its services to member ! Primary Cooperative Societies. Therefore needs to invite ! applications from suitable and qualified candidates to fill the following senior posts below: .

Qualification and Experience
• A University Degree/Advanced Diploma from a reputable Institution majoring in Auditing or Accountancy, Must be a CPA (T). Must be registered with NBAA.
• Must have worked for at least 4 years in Auditing field with managerial position.
• Must have intensive knowledge with IFRS and NBAA Standards.
• Computer literate and writing/fluency in Kiswahili and English language.
• Age limit not less than 35 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Head of Auditing department of the Union Ensure the Accounting system of Union is adhered to as per the adopted International Standards (IFRS)
• Setting up of the audit Programmes covering the entire Union
• Compilation of periodic and annual audit reports and presentations for appropriate action.
• To assist the external Auditors to execute their duties/ functions
• Pre-audit of all transactions of the Union
• Ascertaining that Inspections are conducted to ensure proper management of the Funds and Assets of the Union.
• Reporting to the General Manager
