JOB DETAILS:
China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC): The main contractor of standard gauge railway project (SGR) Tabora – Kigoma lot 6. CCECC is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced highly motivated candidates to fill the positions below:

1: CIVIL ENGINEER (1)
Civil Engineer at China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) December, 2023
The Civil Engineer will have the following main duties
• Responsible for organizing the method statements for the construction/ Earthworks and structural works
• Responsible for organizing the letters and replying to the Engineer, Client and third parties (Stakeholders)
• Responsible for architectural, structural and as-built drawings
• Responsible for materials investigation and engaging with inter-department solving engineering issues
• The worksite is at the Uvinza District (Kigoma) office but it may change place due to the progress of the project

Minimum Qualifications and experience
• Holder of diploma/degree in Engineering
• More than 5 years’ experience in construction industries (Roads/Railway projects)
• At least 1 year working on a national road project or 1 year working on a bridge project
• If you have experience with Chinese (Sino) companies, this should be proven by a recommended letter attached to the telephone number
• No criminal records
• Age: 30-35 years
• Language ability: Good at listening, speaking, reading, understanding and writing English


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Associate Degree
