Job Description:
Are you an experienced Civil Technician with leadership skills, looking for an opportunity to lead a dynamic team in the industrial construction sector?
Maple Group is seeking a dedicated Civil Technician Foreman to oversee and ensure the successful execution of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of civil technicians and laborers on construction sites.
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to solve construction challenges.
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work meets industry standards.
• Maintain records of project progress and materials usage.
• Promote a culture of safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience as a Civil Technician or in a similar role within the industrial construction sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to effectively manage resources and meet project deadlines.
