Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, delivering presentations showcasing Cartrack’s products and solutions.
• Exceed sales targets, focusing on generating new business and cultivating existing customer relationships.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, creating tailor-made pricing structures and deals.
• Acquire new customers through methods like cold calling, networking, and leveraging various Social Media platforms.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
• Utilize CRM effectively for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related Field
• 3- 4 years of proven Sales Experience
• Target-driven personality with a keen interest in exploring new business opportunities.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and craft relevant pitches.
• Effective communication skills with a willingness to go the extra mile to close deals.
