JOB DETAILS:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help design and plan development plans and projects in its area,
• Support facilitation and access to training on issues of development in its area
• To participate in the implementation of development activities.
• To help provide education about independent work in his area,
• Prepare and provide information on community development work every year a month for the village leadership and for its supervisor,
• To help create social and progressive groups.
• To identify and enable poor households to raise their economy through opportunities and resources around them.
• To do other work assigned to him by his Head of work

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employment with a Community Development Certificate from Community Development Colleges or other Government-recognized Colleges in one of the following fields: Community Development, Social Science (Sociology, Development Studies), Project Planning and Management, Gender and Development, Rural Development, or other fields similar to Community Development.
