1. WAJIBU- Institute of Public Accountability has set aside funds for the operation during the financial year 2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for Consultancy Services as explained below; .

2. WAJIBU- Institute of Public Accountability now invites eligible consultants to submit proposals in providing the following consultancy services: -
• Lot No.1: Production of Documentary video on the importance of access to Accountability information in improving social services delivery.
• Lot No.2: Developing of The SP 2021-2025

3. Interested Consultants may quote one or all lots and must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant's profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, and availability of appropriate skills in line with the requirement of Tendering documents.

4. Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost Based selection.
