Job Responsibilities:
- Content Development:
- Craft, edit, and optimize content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports business objectives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate fresh, creative ideas into content production.
- Marketing Support and Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement content-driven campaigns that support business growth.
- Assist in creating compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online advertisements.
- Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Public Relations and Media Engagement:
- Write press releases, articles, and other content for external media to enhance brand presence.
- Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to increase company visibility.
- Track media coverage and assist in maintaining the company’s positive public image.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
- Use insights to fine-tune content and marketing approaches for maximum impact.
- Measure the success of content and marketing efforts through data-driven analysis.
- Administrative and Coordinative Support:
- Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure smooth content production.
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and marketing materials.
- Communication Management:
- Support internal and external communications to maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Prepare reports on content performance and marketing results, focusing on metrics such as engagement and conversions.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Mass Communication, Education (particularly in Arts or Language), Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Legal fields.
- Postgraduate diploma or diploma in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Must reside in Pwani region, preferably Kibaha, Mlandizi, or surrounding areas.
