JOB DETAILS:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· He should have construction or contract management experience with major corporations, specialized in oil & gas industry, large civil/mechanical engineering contracts.
· He should be expert in the resolution/conciliation of claims and disputes; project management; contract procurement or administration.
· He should be involved in management of change or claims including drafting of amicable draft agreements and the settlement and conciliation of the litigations, prior to arbitration;
· He should have extensive contract and commercial experience in the preparation of contract documentation, FIDIC, tender negotiation, contract administration, time and cost claim processes, conflict resolution and complaints handling.

· JOB REQUIREMENT
· He should have a Bachelor degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer or legal and business management.
· Experience more than five (5) years
· He should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills with established ability in providing high quality briefings, submissions, reports.
