Job Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to established recipes and standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including utensils and equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.
• Plate dishes in an appealing and consistent manner.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and recipes.
• Monitor food levels and replenish as needed during service.
• Adhere to portion control and waste reduction practices.

General Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail & commitment to guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
