JOB DETAILS:
Established in 2022 as a business consultation firm, Glenrich Consultants is now rebranding to a comprehensive business solution for a specific targeted market. The firm is still in its startup stage and committed to delivering top-notch business finance services. .

As a Corporate Law Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with overall corporate law functions within our organization. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in corporate legal compliance and prepare you for future job positions within our company. We offer the opportunity for career growth and development.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting legal research on corporate law matters.
• Aid in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Support in ensuring corporate compliance with state, and local regulations.
• Help maintain and organize corporate legal records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the legal team on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated, achievement-oriented, and committed individual who aspires to become a corporate lawyer. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Enrolled in or recently graduated from law school.
• Exceptional communication and research skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to a career in corporate law.
• High technical position with a project deadline

Duration and Compensation:
This is a 1-year internship position.
