Job Purpose/Mission
With ENGIE Energy Access (EEA) selling the lion’s share of its products on credit to hundreds of thousands of individual customers every year, EEA’s Customer Finance function plays a key role in the success of the business.
The position sits within the Global Customer Finance team and supports all EEA markets to manage the customer’s financial services journey and the credit cycle to deliver positive commercial outcomes and a positive customer experience.
The Credit Risk Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advancing EEA’s approach to credit risk management. The job holder will support the Global Customer Finance Function, specifically the Credit Risk Team, to further develop the digital tools (i.e. Tableau dashboards) to monitor credit risk in all EEA countries of operations. These tools will then constitute the basis for running the monthly credit risk management routines pivoted around the Countries’ Credit Risk Committee Meetings. The position further entails supporting the analysis of the portfolio management data generated through EEA customer relationship management database, help visualize the analytical insights and assist in the implementation of follow-up actions stemming from the credit risk analyses.
The position works in close collaboration with the other members of the Global Customer Finance team, especially Credit Risk and Data Analytics, as well as with the countries’ Customer Finance, Commercial, Customer Experience teams and the EEA Global Digital Team.
