JOB DETAILS:
As a Customer Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative strategies to attract and onboard new customers. Your contributions will directly impact AzamPesa’s growth and success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
o Customer Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement acquisition plans aligned with organizational growth targets. Analyze markets and identify new opportunities.
o Marketing and Campaign Management: Execute digital, offline, and experiential campaigns while optimizing for ROI.
o Collaboration and Team Leadership: Work with sales, product, and support teams to streamline onboarding processes and mentor the acquisition team.
o Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage data to refine strategies, enhance targeting, and report on key metrics like CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
o Relationship Building: Cultivate partnerships to drive growth and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Customer Experience Enhancement: Ensure seamless onboarding that meets customer needs, collecting feedback to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications or accreditations in relevant areas.
• Over 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in Telecom or Banking.
