JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
• High level of customer care skills
• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and technical support related to betting services.
• Educate customers on betting options, odds, promotions, and responsible gambling practices.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
• Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any Field)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (written and verbal).
• Very good Computer skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge or interest in sports and betting is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
• Team Player with a positive “can do” attitude
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and
• multicultural environment;
• Must be able to work 24/7 on shifts and weekends/holidays as scheduled.
