JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities: In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and customer acquisition for the bank. You will be responsible for:
- Acquiring new customers through various channels such as appointments, referrals, and door-to-door service.
- Registering customers to DCB’s Digital Platforms and educating them on self-service options.
- Ensuring all opened accounts comply with KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.
- Participating in sales campaigns and events to promote the bank’s products and services.
- Identifying and pursuing sales leads, upselling, and cross-selling bank products.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience in direct sales of bank products is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to work outside office settings.

Level of Education: associate degree
