1.0 Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Direct to Consumer Sales Associate to join our re-commerce start-up in Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue across various Direct to Consumer (D2C) channels, including telesales, walk-in clients, and our e-commerce platform. 2.0 Reporting Relationships:

● Business Manager - Country

● Daily Sales Reportings
● Returns and Warranty Reporting
● Stock Reporting
● Marketing Campaign Reporting

3.0 Key Relationships:
3.1 Key Internal Relationships:
• Business Manager
• Finance team
• Marketing Team
• Operations Team

3.2 Key External Relationships:
● D2C Channel Managers
● Enhance the overall customer experience with regard to returns and warranty issues.

Marketing:
● Successfully develop and run marketing campaigns to increase visibility.
● Measure and report on the impact of marketing efforts on sales and brand visibility.

Reporting:
● Provide accurate and timely sales and marketing reports.
● Use data-driven insights to improve D2C sales and marketing operations.
