Qualifications.
• Master’s degree in either Clinical Administration, Management, Medical Science or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in a managerial position (Experience in clinical supervision and program management is an added advantage)
• Proficient in budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation skills
• Knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

General conditions
• Applicants should be Tanzanian citizens
• All applicants must be below the age of Forty five (45yrs)
