Director of Quality
Location: East Africa (flexible) with extensive overseas travel
Duration & Hours: Full time and permanent
Salary: £65,000 per annum

Our work uses technical expertise, management and preservation of ecosystems and the power of business to drive prosperity, We have an ambitious strategy and business plan that aims to make us one of the leading technical NGOs working in agriculture, natural resource management and market engagement.
We are looking for a Director of Quality to join our senior management team. You will play a key role in helping to shape the strategy and technical vision of our programmes, as well as having specific responsibility for driving a culture of technical excellence across Farm Africa's programme portfolio.

You will lead an expert team of technical service providers, monitoring evaluation & learning practitioners and programme support advisors, to build the technical capacity within our programme implementation teams, within a context of dramatic growth.
