JOB DETAILS:
• Under the guidance of the Maintenance manager or his designate, the driver is to drive the company’s vehicles safely and efficiently in conducting official company business. He is to pick up, carry, deliver and or collect workers, messages, goods, documents, and other items to specific locations. He/she must possess high levels of integrity, efficiency, and confidentiality. The driver should, after parking the bus/vehicle be prepared to work in other areas including the greenhouse as part of company policy to multiskilling every employee.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Minimum certificate of form four secondary education.
• Knowledge of motor vehicle mechanics and other related technical skills are a prerequisite.
• General knowledge of engineering principles preferred.
• Understand fully the products and tools that are used within the department.
• Be gracious, friendly and have a good sense of humour.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Swahili and/or English.
• Ability to maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 25kg without assistance.
• Be a good timekeeper, team player and be off sobber house.
• Ability to maintain good housekeeping.
