JOB DETAILS:
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of content across different platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies to increase reader loyalty, retention, and participation across digital and print platforms.
• Cultivate a vibrant online community by actively engaging with our audience through social media platforms, comment sections, and reader forums. Foster dialogue, address reader feedback, and facilitate discussions around our content.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to promote our content effectively across various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and events. Identify opportunities to showcase our journalism and engage new audiences.
• Monitor and analyze audience engagement metrics to track performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Use data-driven insights to optimize engagement strategies and improve the overall reader experience.
• Serve as a liaison between our audience and internal teams, conveying reader feedback, suggestions, and concerns to relevant stakeholders. Act as an advocate for our readers and champion their interests within the organization.
• Explore opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with external organizations, influencers, and community groups to expand our reach and amplify our message.
• Provide training and support to editorial and content teams on best practices for engaging with readers and building a loyal audience base. Foster a culture of audience-centric journalism throughout the organization.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
• Experience: 2-3 years of working experience.
