Job Summary
Tanzania Coffee Board, is a Government body established by the Tanzania Coffee Industry Act. No.23 of 2001 and miscellaneous Amendments Act of 2009, on behalf of MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED IS hereby inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced, dynamic and motivated Tanzania citizens to immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in MBOZI COFFEE CURING COMPANY LIMITED.
ENGINEER II (ONE POST).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for smooth running of the plant and machineries related activities.
• Advising the Operations Manager on all operation issues in the company.
• Preparing preventive maintenance schedule and section budgets.
• Supervising and monitoring maintenance activities for company.
• Developing procedures and plans for Minimizing machine downtime for the Company.
• Preparing statistics for machine downtime for further scrutiny by the management.
• Supervising junior staff on engineering section.
• Performing any other duties as may be Assigned by the operations manager.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS
• The Engineer II, shall be employed on permanent and pensionable terms
REMUNERATION
• Attractive package as per Company's salary scale will be offered to successfully Candidate

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Holder of a Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Registered with the Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania
• Three (3) years working experienced in a reputable organization.
