EXPRESSION OF INTEREST EOI/LAB/001/2024
FOR LAB ANALYSIS SERVICES TO THE NYANZAGA GOLD PROJECT

Sotta Mining Corporation Limited (Sotta) is a Tanzanian incorporated joint venture company 84% owned by Nyanzaga Mining Company Limited (NMCL) and 16% by the Government of Tanzania. Sotta is developing the Nyanzaga Gold Project (Nyanzaga or the Project) located within the southern area of the Lake Victoria Gold Fields, north-western Tanzania. Nyanzaga is in the Sengerema District within the Mwanza Region of Tanzania. The Project area lies approximately 60 km southwest of Mwanza.

Sotta wishes to engage a laboratory for services which include the provision of analysis of drill, soil, rock chip and other miscellaneous samples over the next 12 months for:

• Drill core/RC/AC/rock chips > 60,000 samples – Au by 50gm Fire Assay to 0.01 ppm detection limit; Or
• Drill core/RC/AC/rock chip > 60,000 samples Au by ~500g Photon assay to 0.02 ppm detection limit;

And

• Drill core/RC/AC/rock chip ~ 10,000 samples – Au by 50gm Fire Assay to 1 ppb detection limit;
• Drill core/RC/AC/rock chip/coarse reject and pulp -2,500 samples – Multielement analysis by 4

Acid Digest and ICP/ OES Finish (detection limits to be provided);

• Drill core/RC/AC/rock chip/coarse reject and pulp for other specialist elements of interest including

Boron, Silver, Copper and Sulphur – methods and detection limits to be provided by laboratories.

Sotta invites professional service providers interested and qualified in delivering this scope to submit

EOls accompanied by documents supporting the following requirements:

1. Detailed company information including ownership, organisational structure and details of any Tanzanian operating entity, including evidence of local content compliance with the Tanzania Mining Commission or verification of eligibility to apply.
2. Evidence of successful delivery of a scope of this nature and magnitude within the mining industry, over the last 10 years. Details of past and present projects should include a brief scope of work, the services provided and the value in USD.
3. Details of current projects under contract including value and type of analysis method.
4. Details and experience of key personnel proposed for involvement in the scope.
5. A copy of the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy and QAQC Plan in line with International Mining Standards.
6. Proof of well-maintained and Operational Laboratory Equipment located in Tanzania and available for immediate use and supported by an OEM trained inhouse technical team.
7. Proof of IS017025
8. Verification by means of formal documentation (such as audited financial report) of the company’s financial capacity to deliver the scope of Service.

Last date for acceptance of EOls will be 1700Hrs Friday 27th June 2024. Evaluation of the EOls will be based on Qualification, experience, and commercial aspects.
