Expressions of Interest for Auger Drilling Services tenders at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Limited

Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Limited (BGML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, requests the submission of Expressions of Interest from qualifying parties interested in participating in the following services at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine.

The Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Site is located 45 km south of Lake Victoria, in the Kahama District of Shinyanga Region, northern Tanzania. The site is accessible by road from Mwanza, 127 km to the northeast, and from the town of Kahama, 84 km to the south.

BGML invites reputable, experienced, and certified companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to pre-qualify for inclusion in a tender process for the provision of the below goods/service package.

Services/Works to be Procured:

1. Auger Drilling Services for Bulyanhulu Gold Mine
   • Reference No.: BUL-25-01-03
   • Pre-Qualification Criteria:
     1. At least 10 years of drilling experience in the mining industry, with evidence and references for at least 3 similar successful projects on any mine.
     2. Experienced key personnel to be assigned to the project.
     3. Documented HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) record for the past 5 years.
     4. Proven ability to capitalize on new, Tier One OEM drilling and support equipment, compliant with Barrick’s Drill Site and Safety Standards.
     5. Ability to provide a minimum of 2 drill rigs for the intended scope of work. Provide a list of drill rigs with pictures, year of manufacture, model, and proof of ownership.

These services/goods will be awarded through a competitive tendering process, in which a restricted number of pre-qualified and experienced contractors will be invited to receive the tender documents.

Submission Requirements:

• Full company profile.
• Company registration documents (e.g., Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Clearance Certificate).
• Approved Local Content Plan or acknowledgment of submission from the Mining Commissioner.
• BRELA detailed search certificate indicating Tanzanian ownership percentage to determine classification as an Indigenous Tanzanian Company per the Local Content Regulation, 2018.

Please quote the reference number and description on your Expression of Interest submission.

If you do not hear from us within 21 days after the deadline, please consider your EOI unsuccessful.

Pre-qualification of any company submitting an Expression of Interest will be at the sole discretion of BGML.
