Expressions of Interest for Concrete Supply tenders at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Limited

Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Limited (BGML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals Corporation, requests the submission of Expressions of Interest from qualified parties interested in participating in the following services at Bulyanhulu Gold Mine.

The Bulyanhulu Gold Mine Site is located 45 km south of Lake Victoria, in the Kahama District of Shinyanga Region, northern Tanzania. The site is accessible by road from Mwanza, located 127 km to the northeast, and from the town of Kahama, 84 km to the south.

BGML invites reputable, experienced, and certified companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to pre-qualify for inclusion in a tender process for the provision of the below goods/service package.

Services/Works to be Procured:

1. Concrete Supply for Raise Bore Piling Project
   • Reference No.: BUL-25-02-02
   • Pre-Qualification Criteria:
     1. Capability to produce and deliver concrete that meets required quality standards and is delivered on time to support continuous mining operations. Provide details on production capacity, quality control measures, and logistics plans.
     2. Submit a detailed method statement demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work, including supply, production, and delivery of high-quality concrete.
     3. Must comply with Barrick’s safety standards and management systems, and be able to provide mine site-approved equipment.
     4. Evidence of experience in similar concrete supply projects for large-scale mining operations and the capability to meet quality and timely delivery standards.

These services/goods will be awarded through a competitive tendering process, in which a restricted number of pre-qualified and experienced contractors will be invited to receive the tender documents.

Submission Requirements:

• Full company profile.
• Company registration documents (e.g., Certificate of Incorporation, Tax Clearance Certificate).
• Applicable certification, accreditation, and affiliated registration.
• Approved Local Content Plan or acknowledgment of submission from the Mining Commissioner.
• BRELA detailed search certificate indicating Tanzanian ownership percentage to determine classification as an Indigenous Tanzanian Company per the Local Content Regulation, 2018.

If you do not hear from us within 21 days after the deadline, please consider your EOI unsuccessful.

Pre-qualification of any company submitting an Expression of Interest will be at the sole discretion of BGML.
