JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in projects management, Fiber Optics or PON-specific certifications are advantageous.
• 3 years of proven project management experience. In-depth knowledge of fiber-optic networks, telecommunications infrastructure, and related technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of transmission networks architecture.
• Knowledgeable with Network management systems and tools for network monitoring.
• Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) tools for network planning and mapping

Core Responsibilities
• Supervising all civil works: pole planting and underground duct construction.
• Supervising all FO works in ODF: cable pulling, FO splicing and testing and ODF termination.
• Field coordination with suppliers and regulators.
• Progress Reporting on civil and FO works.
• Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Control during roll-out.
• Supporting all related troubleshooting and repairs.
• Implementation of Operations and Maintenance strategy, policies, and processes
