The Company is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates interested in being considered for the above position. The position will be based in Tanzania, Siha Kilimanjaro.
Job Summary
The primary role of the Farm Administrator will be managing the finance, administration and HR functions of Cobb East Africa
Key Responsibilities
• Reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts.
• Creation and management of purchase orders for all AP transactions
• Review weekly farm and hatchery stock counts
• Inventory reconciliation and understand and clear all variances.
• Ensure all taxes are filed and paid on time
• Ensure tax compliance from AP such as WHT deductions
• Ensure that Employees have Contracts, offer letters and Probation letters (when required),
• Process and pay payroll taxes NSSF, WCF timeously
• Feed order process, receipt, stock taking and reconciliation
• Documentation of all daily rearing and production data
Qualifications and Competencies
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting
• CPA Holder
• 3 years’ experience in Administration
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken),
• Above average computer skills,
• Analytical skills
• Experience using ERP software.
