JOB DETAILS:
Field Technician Ii (Assistant To Academician) - Bee Resources
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist in forest management
• To assist in managing bee reserves and apiaries
• To collect beekeeping statistics
• To assist in managing bee colonies
• To keep records of beekeeping research work
• To assist in carrying out beekeeping extension services
• To participate in forest harvesting operations;
• To assist in preparing field practicals;
• To assist in forest plantation establishment;
• To perform any other related duties as may be assigned time to time by Immediate Supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Diploma or FTC in one of the following fields: Bee Resources, Forestry, Forest Management and Nature Conservation, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Institution
Job Experience: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
