JOB DETAILS:
The Financial Manager will be responsible for establishing a reliable financial reporting system in compliance with internal guidelines, and procedures and providing management with relevant financial data for the decision-making process. The role holder will also be responsible for recommending areas of improvement to achieve targets.

Challenge
• Ensure timely submission of qualitative reporting (Budget, Forecasts, Financials Statements, IFRS Pack, Specials reports, etc...)
• Ensuring that the company's operations are fully compliant with Local laws, Group Policies and Tax laws.
• Ensuring the development and execution of strategies to create incremental new shareholder value year over year.
• Responsible for all Internal Audits and accountable to the Board through the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee
• Ensuring sound risk management and internal control systems to safeguard stakeholders' interests (Bank, Tax Authorities, Auditors, Board, etc.)
• Leading the Treasury Function and associated foreign currency risks.
• Supporting with strategic Investment appraisals and completing financial performance evaluations
• Supporting the commercial team with accurate pricing
• Lead the implementation of ERP system

Profile
• Master's degree in finance
• Minimum of 7 years working experience in a similar Position
• 4 Year Minimum of successful Team Management
