JOB DETAILS:
M/s Rock Solutions Limited (RSL) is a medium sized Tanzanian company specialized in supplying both surface and underground mining equipment to various reputable and large scale mining companies in Tanzania. Its operations are highly based in Mayolwa Village along Usagara-Kigongo Ferry High Road (about 25 km from Mwanza City) with its supporting offices in Dar Es Salaam and Pwani. RSL intends to recruit qualified Tanzanians to fill the following vacancy.

Preferred Candidate:
• Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Transport Management
• Minimum experience: 2 to 3 years in the logistics or transportation industry Job Description:
• Register, obtain licenses, and insure the company’s vehicles
• Secure vehicles, drivers(during work-related activities), and relevant assets
• Participate in hiring well-performing drivers and in-house technicians (if applicable)
• Partnerwith reputable repairand maintenance shops in favorable locations
• Oversee and schedule vehicle inspection, maintenance, and servicing to minimize downtime
• Maintain all vehicle information and inspection records
• Develop functional, profit-maximizing driver schedules and routes
• Ensure that drivers follow their designated working hours
• Manage drivers’ attendance and behavior
• Securely store driver records
• Reduce unnecessary expenses and increase fuel efficiency
• Secure the fleet’s compliance with applicable regulations
• Guarantee excellent client service
• Analyze fleet performance data and improve accordingly
• Report fleet performance and finances to upper management

Required Skills:
• Adequate written and verbal communication skills in Kiswahili and English.
• Experience in logistics and transportation industry.
• Willing to work as a team with the management and staff.
