Description
A hotel property in Arusha is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to start immediately. You will be responsible for the management of the entire Food and Beverage Function within the Lodge. You must have the capacity to relieve the GM when he/ she is on leave.
We need an individual who is creative in terms of new concepts to give diners more than just a meal experience and knowledgeable in beverages. You should be able to upsell , and own the Food and Beverage business side of the lodge.
