Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Forklift Operator to join our team. The Forklift Operator will play a critical role in material handling and logistics operations within manufacturing facilities, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a forklift to safely load, unload, and transport materials and products within manufacturing facilities.
• Inspect forklift equipment before each use and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Safely stack and store materials in designated locations, ensuring efficient use of space.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials to production lines.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and transactions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines for material handling.
• Participate in regular safety training and certification updates.

Qualifications:
• Secondary school, diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification or license.
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator, with a strong safety record.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing processes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of forklift maintenance and basic troubleshooting is a plus.
